H-Beam Assembly Machine

This series is composed of many models. Clamping of flange and web adopts hydraulic automatic centering. Compared with products with the same specifications, Z20B has larger suitable ranges and a better performance-to-price ratio. There are four groups of web clamping roller front and back arranged and adopt up and down two-layer combinable structure. It can rectify web bending. Better positioning accuracy using multi-groups of guiding rollers and eliminating the fishtailing phenomenon.

H-beam flange straightening machine:

It is specially used for straightening the deformation of welded H-beam, which is divided into the mechanical type and hydraulic type. The mechanical type is simple in structure and convenient and reliable in operation, suitable for light-duty beams. The hydraulic type has a larger straightening capacity and a high degree of automation, suitable for heavy-duty beams. Straightening rollers and main transmission roller adopt quality alloy steel, which is processed with heat treatment for long life.

CNC Flame/Strip Cutting Machine:

It not only can cut straight strips in batches but also can cut different profiles. It adopts a beam welding mainframe and dual-axial rail. It has better performance in the aspects of structure stability, humanized operation, transmission cutting precision, manufacturing technology, and appearance quality. All the performance indexes accord with or surpass the mechanical industry standards.
